Student Athletes are expected to keep track of their summer mileage by using the spreadsheet below. Every athlete will have access to this document. Use this spreadsheet to log your mileage as you train through the summer. Names are sorted alphabetically by last name for each grade level. Be honest about your mileage, and only update your own mileage. Use the scroll bar on the right to scroll down the excel spreadsheet.
To add an entry, simply click on the column and row that corresponds to the date you ran, and enter the appropriate mileage. Good Luck, and start training now!

7) Click on the date to update
8) Fill in mileage or activity ( example: 4, bike, -, lift, 5, swim, 0) This would indicate to me that you ran 9 miles on two runs, and also biked and swam one day this week. The other days you didn’t run, but lifted one time.
9) When you are finished updating….don’t forget to sign out!
10) PLEASE ONLY UPDATE YOUR OWN COLUMN! BE RESPECTFUL AND ACCURATE!
If you don’t know how far you ran, go online and check. Mapmyrun.com
Feel free to be as accurate as your distance shows. Instead of 3 miles, you can enter 3.27 miles if this is measured out and verified online!
Mileage begins accumulating on June 17th. HAVE FUN!
