Practice is never optional! Athletes who wish to compete and want to be on the team need to meet attendance requirements set forth in the document above and follow all team rules to remain in good standing.
I often speak at practice about looking at the season as a puzzle. Each day you show up and work hard, you earn your puzzle piece. As you accumulate pieces, a picture starts to come together. That picture will look beautiful if all pieces are in place, but probably won't look too good if pieces are missing.
